LaRon & Sondia (L&S) Construction, LLC is a real estate firm established by LaRon Johnson, Sr. and Sondia Bell in 2020, during the height of the pandemic. LaRon’s vision includes creating expanded opportunities for Indigenous Communities within Oklahoma State. Additionally, L&S Construction is committed to serving exceptional needs communities as well.
In this field, I have witnessed numerous individuals being taken advantage of, often living in substandard or unsafe rehabilitation homes. At L&S Construction, our passion is to exceed client expectations and deliver results that go beyond the norm when they choose us as their contractor.
Our mission is to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to Native communities, the City of Tulsa, and Tulsa Housing, addressing the affordable housing shortage in Oklahoma.
We have built strong relationships with housing authorities and various tribal nations across Oklahoma, allowing us to bid on rehabilitation and construction projects that contribute to the community's well-being.
